Banana Pudding Cookie

We went all out on this one!! we created a banana cookie dough and mixed in real banana pieces and Ghiradelli White Chocolate Chips.  That wasn't enough for us so we stuffed each cookie with a big, gooey marshmallow and rolled each cookie in crushed Nilla Wafers.  This cookie is what banana pudding cookie dreams are made of.
